How do you get adware and spyware off of your computer?
I have a computer that is running a little slower than it should. I tried to defrag and delete files that I no longer use, but I think there is spyware on my pc. There are sexual pop-ups on my pc and stuff about icons and smiley faces!! I do want to say that we have downloaded limewire on my pc and we use internet explorer to access the web. Pls help.

How do you remove spyware that will not let you past the blue screen at start up?
I install a active x so I thought. Now when I turn on computer it will start windows xp but a blue background with the word your computer is infected with spyware. It then goes to a blue page stating all the technical problems and reboots itself.
