Detect and Remove Spyware

Please help I dont know how to get rid of spyware, viruses, trojan, and malware

I have an adware virus on my computer that not only pop’s up adds but often redirects me to the wrong website when I click on a link. It’s very frustrating. I’ve scanned my computer with SuperAntispyware, Ad-Aware, Malwarebytes, CCleaner, and AVG but none of these programs seem to find and remove this specific virus. Is there anything else I can do besides purchase a program?

The spyware only affected my profile and nobody Else’s so far. Its making it so that i cant use any programs (including my computer, itunes, or the internet)unless i buy this software. Before it started i was having an error with Rundoll32.exe or something if its of any importance. If theres a program i can download that will help, the website were i can it from would be nice and step by step would also help too.
