How do you remove spyware from your laptop?

I just, today, got a lot of virus and spyware. There’s really bad pop-ups popping up out of no where. [ like two just came up right now!]

Can someone please help?

I ran a virus test and healed them all but they keep on coming back.

    Boot into Safe Mode (reboot; immediately after computer comes back on again, tap F8 key). Select Safe Mode with networking option

    Go to http:/www.malwarebytes.org and download their free program. Install, update and then scan your computer and do what it says.

    That should take care of it.
