How does phone spyware work and can it be removed?

Companies like Flex spy and Spyware Pro offer phone tapping devices. I think one of them is on my phone and I want it off! I feel so helpless. Can anyone help me eliminate this non-sense and take my privacy back
yes it’s new its something that your mom or dad might had put on it if a number pop in that new it will go to who ever had it put on it’s for your safety at least you have someone who cares for you
