You know there are Rogues that poses as Norton, I guess you got one of them Rogues then huh? Norton actually is better than many people think, Combined with Avira AntiVirus and Avast AntiVirus it’s an awesome shield against Malware.
Oh sorry, I accidently said Spybot S&D, I meant another one called “The Spybot” wich is a rogue, Sorry.
Soooo wrong. I fix computers for a living and people pay me to remove Norton. I call Norton a virus. I have had it ruin my clients computers to where they were useless and it took forever to get rid of Norton. What you said about Symantec just proves my point.
NEXT! ——–>
Yeah, But well, I meant SpYBot, Not S&D, Ok? Anyway, That SpyBot (Not S&D) program, Is it you know, Does it look similar to S&D but the only difference is that Spybot (Not S&D) is a virus then? And it looks similar for oe reason only and that is to fool you that you have S&D but instead you have the virus SpyBot? Oh, Do you think that SpyHunter made by Enigmasoftware is a rogue?
Spybot is a rogue antispware, but Spybot Search and Destroy is not. Gawd.
And this virus is a misslead application AKA a rogue program and it goes under the name Spybot, so it might not be Spybot S&D, But it might be a program that is supposed to trick people that they have Spybot S&D but instead they have a rogue program wich is mimicing Spybot S&D to be able to cause severe damage without being detected? How about that “Sir”?
Enigma are liers, I mean, They say you NEED SpyHunter to remove programs like Malwarebell for example, But why would SpyHunter be the only program that could remove it? I mean, Norton removes it too, And Norton is better because SpyHunter can’t stop this trojan and SpyHunter is a scam, There’s no way SpyHunter could find everything, I mean, Norton even blocked the Conficker worm……….btw it might not be Spybot S&D, But there is a virus that is posted on Symantec.
Anyway, Spybot itself isn’t dangerous, But one of the files in the folder is a small virus, It’s small but it can cause severe damage. Anyway, Check on Symantec, Before, Spyhunter was up as a threat there, And i’m sure SpyHunter is a rogue at least, Because it fucking said Norton Antivirus was a lethal spyware on my friends computer when he had it, And i know some antivirus programs can go against eachother but saying it’s a lethal spyware gotta be a scam, I never trusted SpyHunter.
Spybot Search and Destroy is NOT a freaking rogue program. Your the one getting false reports. >_>
Look everywhere on google and its all not rogue. If it were rogue then everywhere it would say “How to remove Spybot Search and Destroy.”
ITS NOT A ROGUE.
you fail sir spybot is not a rogue, its freeware you douche. Your thinking of something along the lines of that windows antivirus 2009 crap. Spybot does a good job but wont clear all of a virtumode infection
NO! Don’t download Spybot S&D! It’s a Rogue Anti-Spyware program! Yeah it is! Check on Symantec and you’ll see that it’s a Malware Scam designed to fool you! Stick to Norton, Avast and Avira instead. Spyhunter is also a fake program. It gives fake alerts and so on. Spyhunter is made by Enigmasoftware, DON’T EVER trust them! They say you NEED Spyhunter, Why? I mean, Any other program can remove those threats, So why they say that you NEED Spyhunter if not to fool you?
There’s also trojans called Backdoor Trojans, And those malicious pests opens a so called “Backdoor” in your system wich allows technicaly ANYBODY to use your computer for no good, In other words, It’s like hacking, One example of a Backdoor Trojan is a trojan i had once, It’s called “Backdoor.Bla.Trojan”, Search it on Symantec and you’ll get lots of info on this trojan. There’s info on Trojan Vundo too, And also how to remove it, Check there.
The Vundo trojan is also known as MS JUAN wich means that some Portourican bastard must’ve made it when he was bored! (Ain’t sure how to spell it) Btw All of you who thinks Norton is shit, Well, Norton is good protection, It removes both this trojan and also ZLOB trojan and many more, So People, If you have Norton and still get malware like this trojan, It’s because you don’t update your software! Update it one time a month and you should have good protection.
i have norton
and he bloqued that virus
with auto-protect
malware bytes does it removes the corupted files. what YOU need to do is find vundo’s backup file that keeps writing it in the registry and delete it.
this auto run thing is an online scanner that scans your personal information. i don’t trust this. they could be stealing all sorts of information from you!
even using limewire for music involves trojans and hackers now
It’s sad that you even let your computer get so infected, that it had 90 different infections on it…
If you maintain your computer daily, things like these never happen…
Getting one or two viruses accidentally, and then removing them promptly, has a much better success rate than letting all your viruses stack up, over the course of several weeks, or even months…
In fact, if you do this… you might not even be able to solve the problem without a complete reinstallation of your OS.
i pretty much pwned this MS JUAN/Virtuemonde with out the help of any anti-virus apps.
Everyone makes mistakes. That comment was your own mistake.
@k8n88, my apologies, I thought that would have done it, usually does, as I found myself, I thought I`d got it and hadn`t. I`ve had a hard time shifting it and 90! Yes 90 infections from my pc. Teach me to let others use it
( I found AntiVir Personal learning edition sorted it, Thanks for the heads up for Online Solutions Autorun, once again I apologise. ;o)
dude seriously.
Malwarebytes didn’t help me
! Spybot and AVG didn’t help me either. Only Online Solutions Autorun Manager was able to kill vundo. So thanks!
When you use Limewire, be extra careful with files that have .exe at the end of them.
These are the files that usually contain virus attachments. Stick to zip files (but scan with anti-virus first).
Also, I would recommend only using Limewire for music. Anything else is too risky to download.
And download torrents from sites you have to pay for. Sorry, but that’s the only guaranteed way you won’t contract something from download.
