EDIT: Indeed running multiple scans at the same time will most probably cause a decrease in system performance, but that aside, I'd be more concerned about what can happen if two scanners try and scan the same file at the same time... Better to do one at a time and correct anything they find as you go. you can do all of them at once, but man its going to be slow as hell.
