  1. mEeEqwerty Said,

I do respect that it is your opinion, but saying putting our spare time to a better purpose does not apply to all people. Sure, if you’re talking about people who stay inside all day, do not socialize or play sports then you do have a point. But others like me who enjoy playing the odd game or two, limiting computer time each day and playing sports once a week whilst socializing with friends have plenty to gain!
I’m sure this was all a big misunderstanding :D

  2. radocool1 Said,

I agree with you on some points. One being, free choice. But in my opinion, one can put his/her spare time to a better purpose, than merely playing computer games, which I think are the ultimate instrument of wasting one’s valuable time. You may not see it that way now, but later on, when real-life problems hit you like a freight train, you’ll probably change your mind. You have everything to lose and absolutely nothing to gain. Even the satisfaction is a fleeting moment.Again solely my opinion.

  3. boket5u Said,

we had the original Mcafee and it actually contained a trojan virus. then it excluded an uninstall making it impossible to remove…. this was about 10 years ago though

  4. nickv999 Said,

i never had a virus with nortan. mcafee on the other hand had viruses all the time.

  5. tikkyisrad Said,

Um. I hate to break it to you…. but that is a pop up that puts shit on your computer.

I had the exact same thing happen on my laptop that is running UBUNTU. It showed all the windows directories scanning and everything, even though there is no such thing like that in linux.

So. Valiant effort trying to denounce norton, but you looked like a dumb ass doing it.

  6. YokieFC Said,

    You know wat man?

    Thats actually a POP UP

Theres a different antivirus sign, when summats wrong

btw, I got that EXACT same thing. It gives that off. You can fairly easily tell it, but I guess you should ACTUALLY check your software and do a scan from there, not from an internet pop-up

    GEEZ

  12. NiGhtMarEs0nWax Said,

agreed, its like saying sport, music or watching tv is for younger people only, older people should be playing bridge or checkers.

people forget that the the computers, internet and the games we have today were started by, what would now be people in their 40′s and up. hackers, engineers and hobbyists. its very much a culture than a fad. the kids today are newcomers.

  13. mEeEqwerty Said,

There is no period of “playing games”. You can play any age you want. I know plenty of people over 40 that play games, and plenty of teenagers that play games like myself. It’s just a matter of what your into, what you enjoy doing.

  14. Oblivionthoraxia Said,

  17. ryanmc353 Said,

Yea in a way u are right, but if u look i have the norton protection toolbar. Now look at it and it shows a green symbol which means that the website is “apparently”safe. Why dosnt norton block this website!?

  25. phhll01 Said,

    This this bull -.-
Norton doesn’t do anything because its just a flash animation on the site, once the scan is complete it will then say do you want to remove these viruses etc, when you click ok thats when it accesses your PC and thats when Norton would go beserk.
