Is there a system employed by government IT which using a set of parameters which automatically triggers a malware probe intrusion to one’s computer?
It’s happening to this one’s computer quite often. Are my research habits prompting these continuous intrusion attempts?

these are viruses just like the rest the makers will go to prison and get raped just like the rest. If you get spyware or adware call the police or fbi right away.
