Detect and Remove Spyware

All I have found is software that scans the computer and then I have to ‘ register ‘ pay for it. If they are all like that then can someone please recommend the ‘ best ‘ adware remover. i am not able to access my PC email accounts and popups keep comming. I am using another pc to post this question.
